We are so excited to be working towards the launch of DS Fitness our new fitness school in Devon. We have lots of exciting things to look forward to in 2021 including our premier Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor courses to group classes, personal training sessions and exciting events !! We will be advertising an array of membership schemes to everybody !

To give you a taster of whats in store this year 2020 we are holding some promotional events in order to build up in interest in the local community and get an understanding of what you like when it comes to fitness.

Our first event is THE MILITARY FITNESS CHALLENGE on Sat 20th June in aid of the local Exeter and Topsham based charity Estuary League of friends. Please show your support for your local charity and join in with the fun on the day !

Which class should I choose ?

The low intensity class will be a warm up with graded exercises and no CV really and lots of rest built in (5-6 out of 10 on an average RPE) followed by a cool down. The Mod will have more CV harder exercises and less rest with a rating of 7-8 out of 10 . The high intensity will have the most challenging exercises but still with alternative regressions when appropriate , more CV minimal rest 8- 9 out of 10).
